Should you have reason to return an item we’ll exchange it or give you a refund provided that it is returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all original labels attached. If the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
1. Please email email@example.com quoting your order number and reason for returning your goods.
2. You may return the item to us within 28 days of receipt and we will offer you an exchange or refund, providing that the goods are unused and in their original packaging. We recommend using recorded delivery for security. We do not accept liability for any packages that have gone astray
3. Upon receipt of the goods as described, Jolly Good Socks will credit the purchase price back to the customer or offer an exchange within 28 days.
4. Jolly Good Socks Ltd will not be responsible for any refund of postage or carriage.
We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately describing the fault.
You will be asked to return the products to us, obtaining a receipt for postage and packaging. You will be responsible for the goods until we receive them.
Refunds can only be made to the original card used to purchase the item.
